The Rajasthan H C, on 31-10-2011 , passed a verdict based on the undertaking given by LIC Counsel that LIC will honour the judgment within 30 days. It has posted the hearing on 1st December 2011 and announced that if LIC failed to honour the judgment then Shri A K Dasgupta, MD and Smt D Vijayalakshmi, ED should be present in the court when it will hear the ‘Contempt of Court’ case.
